Seven-day guided imagery experiment

Pain in Cubes

Give your pain a temporary shape. Let the red cubes stand for what you are feeling, then remove them gently, one by one.

As each cube disappears, imagine a little more space around the sensation. When the form is clear, pause with the blue. There is nothing you need to force or achieve.

Return once a day for seven consecutive days.
Twenty forms per session. You can stop at any time. This is an optional routine, not a treatment schedule.
Why visualization?
The inner image is part of the exercise: picture the red form as a symbol of your pain, and the blue as room to rest. Let the movement of your hand and your imagination happen together. You do not need to feel a change.

For reflection only. These shapes are symbolic. This experiment has not been established as a pain treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. It does not replace medical care. Stop if uncomfortable; seek medical advice for new, severe, or worsening pain.

Your reflection stays yours. We do not track your activity or collect, save, or send your pain ratings. No accounts, cookies, analytics, or progress records are used by this exercise. The hosting provider may process standard technical request logs.
